I do however find it odd that they have not sent out acceptances yet. Its complete torture knowing people are pending and rejected but yet nobody knows! Some one asked them and they were told that people who interviewed the 20th would hear between the 10th and the 17th which is the 3-4 weeks. So that means I should be hearing between the 15th-20th. This Monday will be my second week.
So me being the broke college student that I am I went on Craig's list the other day and posted a babysitting ad and a lady emailed me. So I called her and I have a babysitting interview on Tuesday. And then all the Halloween stores are opening now. So the guy called today from the Halloween store and I have that interview on Wednsday. So this could be interesting.

I don't think it is odd at all. If someone is told it will most likely be 3-4 weeks before they hear anything, then they shouldn't expect it anytime before that. If they hear, great. If not, they shouldn't be angry or upset. Anxious makes sense, anger and frustration does not.
